This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Platform, including during registration, profile creation, use of Platform features, participation in quizzes, polls, referrals, business listings, job-related features, and communication with the app management.

The Platform is intended exclusively for women. Users are responsible for providing accurate information while registering and using the Platform.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following information:

  • Name, age, gender, mobile number, email address, city, address, and profile details;
  • OTP verification information and account-registration details;
  • Profile photograph, biography, business details, professional details, product or service information, and promotional content submitted by you;
  • Referral details, points, reward activity, gift-card or voucher redemption details, and quiz or contest participation;
  • Poll responses, comments, feedback, enquiries, and other content voluntarily submitted by you;
  • Job-related details, including information shared by job seekers or employers;
  • Device information, app version, IP address, browser or device type, operating system, login activity, and technical logs;
  • Information related to support requests, complaints, communications, and feedback; and
  • Any other information voluntarily provided by you while using the Platform.

We may also collect information automatically through cookies, analytics tools, device identifiers, log files, or similar technologies, where applicable.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

  • To create, verify, maintain, and manage your account;
  • To provide Platform features, including profiles, directories, jobs, quizzes, polls, rewards, referral points, gift cards, vouchers, and notifications;
  • To communicate with you regarding account activity, OTP verification, updates, announcements, reminders, and support;
  • To display user-submitted business, professional, promotional, or other information in accordance with the Platform's Terms & Conditions and policies as determined by the app management from time to time.
  • To administer referral programs, points, contests, quizzes, gift-card redemption, and promotional activities;
  • To improve Platform functionality, user experience, content, safety, and technical performance;
  • To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, misuse, false information, unauthorized access, security incidents, or violations of Platform rules;
  • To comply with legal obligations, government requests, court orders, or applicable law; and
  • For any other purpose for which you provide consent.

4. Publicly Visible Information

Certain information submitted by users may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature used. This may include your name, profile photo, business name, professional details, contact information, product or service details, comments, poll responses, or promotional listings.

You should carefully consider what information you choose to share. The Platform is not responsible for how other users or third parties use information that you voluntarily make public or share with them.

5. Third-Party Listings, Businesses, Jobs, NGOs, and Mentors

The Platform may display information provided by businesses, professionals, employers, NGOs, mentors, advertisers, or other third parties.

If you contact, communicate with, donate to, purchase from, apply for a job with, or otherwise interact with any third party displayed on the Platform, your interaction is directly between you and that third party.

The Platform is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, communications, transactions, services, products, employment opportunities, donation appeals, or conduct of any third party. Users should review the relevant third party’s policies and independently verify information before sharing personal data or making any payment, donation, or transaction.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share personal information only when necessary and appropriate, including with:

  • Service providers that help operate the Platform, such as hosting, analytics, OTP, notification, cloud-storage, customer-support, security, and technical service providers;
  • Gift-card, voucher, merchant, or redemption partners, where necessary to process an eligible redemption request;
  • Businesses, employers, professionals, NGOs, or other third parties only where you choose to contact, engage with, submit information to, or use their services;
  • Government authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, security, or Platform operations; and
  • Any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the Platform’s business or assets.

We do not sell users’ personal information as a business activity.

7. Referral Points, Rewards, Gift Cards, and Vouchers

The Platform may collect and use information related to referrals, points, rewards, quizzes, contests, gift cards, vouchers, and redemption activity to administer these features.

Referral points and other in-app points are promotional benefits. The Platform may change, revise, suspend, restrict, cancel, or discontinue any rewards, referral benefits, point rules, redemption options, or eligibility criteria at any time, subject to applicable law.

Where a gift card or voucher is provided by a third-party merchant, information required for redemption may be shared with that merchant or service provider. The merchant or provider may have its own privacy policy and terms.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of internet transmission, electronic storage, or digital communication is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information shared through the Platform.

Users are responsible for keeping their OTPs, passwords, devices, and account credentials confidential. Do not share OTPs or account access with any person.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Platform services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, maintain security, and meet legitimate operational requirements.

We may retain certain information after account deletion where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of our legal rights.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, users may request to:

  • Access or review their personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Update profile or contact details;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Request deletion of their account or personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements; and
  • Raise a grievance regarding the handling of personal information.
