These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this digital application and related services (collectively, the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “app management”).
By accessing, registering on, downloading, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any additional policies or rules displayed on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is a digital community intended exclusively for women and is designed to support women’s entrepreneurship, networking, learning, skill development, opportunities, community engagement, and inspirational content.
The Platform is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for or using the Platform, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You may register and use the Platform only if you are a woman and are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under applicable law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information while registering and using the Platform. OTP-based registration is used primarily to verify your mobile number.
The Platform does not independently verify every user’s identity, gender, age, background, or submitted information. If you provide false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information; conceal your identity; impersonate another person; create duplicate accounts; are below 18 years of age; or use the Platform contrary to its intended purpose, the app management may suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete your account and cancel any associated points, rewards, benefits, or access without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, OTPs, passwords, and device access. You must not share your OTP, password, or account credentials with any other person.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. You must promptly notify the app management if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security breach involving your account.
The app management may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where it reasonably believes that the account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purposes. You must not:
You may be able to submit, upload, publish, or share content through the Platform, including profile details, photographs, business information, professional details, job information, comments, poll responses, feedback, promotional material, and other content (“User Content”).
You remain responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit it.
By submitting User Content, you grant the app management a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, edit, moderate, promote, and otherwise use that User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
The app management may remove, restrict, edit, or refuse any User Content at its discretion, particularly where it may violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, safety standards, or Platform policies.
The Platform may display information, advertisements, promotions, offers, products, services, business listings, professional profiles, and other content provided by third parties.
The Platform acts only as a listing and information-sharing medium in accordance with the pre-decided Terms & Conditions, policies, rules, and guidelines established by the app management. The app management does not verify, endorse, guarantee, certify, or warrant the quality, legality, authenticity, safety, availability, pricing, suitability, reliability, qualifications, licenses, performance, or representations of any third party, business, professional, product, service, offer, advertisement, listing, or other content displayed on the Platform.
Any communication, enquiry, negotiation, purchase, payment, service arrangement, contract, transaction, dispute, loss, fraud, delay, cancellation, dissatisfaction, or claim between you and a third party shall be solely between you and that third party.
You must independently verify all relevant information before engaging with any third party or making any payment, purchase, or commitment.
The Platform may display profiles, photographs, names, biographies, achievements, descriptions, and other information about women mentors, role models, professionals, entrepreneurs, or community members for informational, inspirational, and community-engagement purposes.
The app management may add, edit, feature, restrict, suspend, remove, or discontinue any mentor or inspirational profile at any time without prior notice.
The Platform may provide job-related information and communication features to connect employers, recruiters, businesses, and job seekers.
The Platform does not verify or guarantee job vacancies, employer identity, employer background, salary, working conditions, workplace safety, employment terms, payment of wages, job offers, interviews, hiring decisions, or the conduct of employers or candidates.
Any employment-related communication, interview, offer, appointment, payment, dispute, fraud, harassment, loss, or claim shall be solely between the concerned employer and candidate.
You must independently verify job-related information before sharing documents, paying money, accepting an offer, or joining any job.
The Platform may display donation appeals, contact details, photographs, activity information, bank details, registration details, and other information provided by independent NGOs, charitable organizations, or other third parties.
Such NGOs and organizations are separate third parties and are not owned, controlled, managed, represented, partnered with, or guaranteed by the app management unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The Platform only displays information supplied by such NGOs or organizations for informational and awareness purposes. The app management does not collect, receive, hold, process, manage, or distribute donations on behalf of any NGO or organization.
Any communication, donation, payment, transaction, arrangement, tax-benefit claim, request for receipt, dispute, complaint, fraud allegation, or other matter between you and an NGO or organization shall be solely between you and that NGO or organization.
You must independently verify the NGO’s identity, registration status, donation appeal, bank details, contact details, tax eligibility, and use of funds before making any donation or sharing any personal information.
Welcome points, referral points, reward points, contest points, and all other in-app points are promotional benefits governed by these Terms and the Platform’s applicable rules.
The Platform may provide eligible users with the facility to redeem in-app points against gift cards, vouchers, or other redemption options displayed as available within the Platform. Redemption is subject to applicable terms, eligibility criteria, availability, stock, validity periods, and redemption limits.
The app management may change, revise, restrict, suspend, cancel, withdraw, or discontinue points, referral benefits, rewards, redemption options, eligibility criteria, point requirements, redemption limits, and related rules at any time without prior notice.
Points are promotional in nature and do not constitute money, a bank balance, a deposit, stored value, legal tender, property, or an independent cash entitlement. Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another user unless expressly permitted by the Platform.
The app management may correct, reverse, cancel, suspend, or remove points where points are credited due to technical error, suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, false information, violation of these Terms, or any other reason reasonably considered necessary by the app management.
The availability, stock, validity, acceptance, restrictions, terms, discounts, redemption process, and serviceability of vouchers and gift cards are the responsibility of the respective outlet, company, merchant, brand, or service provider. The app management is not liable if a voucher or gift card is unavailable, expired, restricted, refused, not accepted, cancelled, modified, delayed, or otherwise not honoured by the relevant third party.
The Platform may conduct quizzes, contests, campaigns, activities, or promotional events from time to time. Winners may be selected through the Platform’s algorithm, eligibility criteria, performance criteria, random selection, or standards determined by the app management.
The app management may determine, interpret, amend, suspend, cancel, or modify the rules, eligibility criteria, winner-selection process, rewards, timelines, and conditions of any quiz, contest, campaign, or promotional activity at any time without prior notice.
Rewards may include points, gift cards, vouchers, coupons, or other non-cash promotional benefits, as specified by the Platform. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Platform.
The Platform may provide community polls, voting features, opinion polls, surveys, or similar interactive features to allow users to view or share public opinions within the community.
Poll results, votes, comments, and opinions represent the views of participating users only. They do not represent the views, position, support, endorsement, approval, recommendation, or official opinion of the app management.
The Platform does not support, oppose, promote, verify, investigate, or take responsibility for any cause, issue, statement, campaign, person, organization, product, service, or viewpoint referred to in a community poll or related user response.
The app management may edit, restrict, suspend, remove, close, or discontinue any poll, voting feature, content, result, or user response at any time without prior notice.
The Platform, including its name, logo, design, interface, text, graphics, videos, software, features, databases, content arrangement, and other materials owned or licensed by the app management, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform material without prior written permission from the app management, except where expressly permitted by law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how the Platform collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information.
The app management may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete your account; remove User Content; cancel points or rewards; or restrict access to any Platform feature where it believes that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, Platform policies, or the rights or safety of any person.
The Platform is provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis. Your use of the Platform, its features, content, listings, rewards, polls, job information, NGO information, and third-party services is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app management makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability of the Platform or any content, service, listing, offer, voucher, gift card, reward, job opportunity, NGO appeal, mentor profile, poll, or third-party information displayed on the Platform.
The app management is not responsible for verifying the identity, conduct, background, qualifications, intentions, statements, products, services, offers, payments, transactions, employment opportunities, donation appeals, or actions of any user, business, professional, employer, NGO, merchant, mentor, advertiser, or other third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app management, its owners, administrators, employees, representatives, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, financial, commercial, reputational, personal, or other loss, damage, injury, claim, expense, or liability arising from or related to:
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the app management’s total aggregate liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to the Platform for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months. If no amount has been paid by you, the app management’s total liability shall be limited to ₹100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the app management, its owners, administrators, employees, representatives, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, complaints, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
The app management may assume exclusive control of the defence and settlement of any matter for which you are required to indemnify it. You agree to cooperate fully with the app management in such defence.
The app management may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, investigate, restrict, suspend, disable, remove, terminate, or delete any account, content, listing, profile, reward, point, voucher, gift card, poll, contest entry, feature, or access to the Platform for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, false information, duplicate accounts, violation of these Terms, legal risk, security concerns, technical reasons, business reasons, or protection of users or the Platform.
The app management is not liable for any consequence, loss, inconvenience, or claim resulting from such action.
Termination or suspension does not affect any rights, obligations, restrictions, disclaimers, indemnities, or limitations of liability that are intended to survive termination.
The app management may modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue these Terms or any Platform feature at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms may be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
Failure by the app management to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision or any other right.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhilwara District of Rajasthan (India).
